Worldly Quilting Activities Business – By-laws review The Modern Quilt Guid requires specific wording in our by-laws to support our IRS 501(c)(3) designation. The updated by-laws were sent to members through email. Today, the members voted for adoption of the new by-laws. The motion to adopt the new by-laws was made by Amanda Whited and seconded by Sue Bouchard. The by-laws were approved unanimously.
