Current Workshops
Monthly Workshops
On the second Saturday of each month, there will be educational sewing alongs at Grand Central Quilt and Stitch located at 100 North Rancho Santa Fe, San Marcos. The workshops will generally be held from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm – the exact times will be emailed as the workshop details are confirmed. These will be led by both our own members or well known teachers from the modern quilt community.

- July 11, 2026 – Variations on the Double Wedding Ring Quilt Workshop
- August 8, 2026 – Best Bag Ever, Sue Bouchard’s version
- September 12, 2026 – Courtney Miller-Callihan, Jen Collins, and Alison Gurganus will be teaching English Paper Piecing. See the September 12, 2026 workshop page for more information. Quilt Tribe 2026 Sew Along
From March 2026 to October 2026 after the monthly meetings, Sue Bouchard will be offering all members an opportunity to participate in a Sampler quilt which can be made in 6”, 9” or 12” Blocks. See the Quilt Tribe 2026 Sew Along page for more information, including the signup link.
